Our story
Northern Strand Properties has been in the business since 1996. What began as a single apartment has grown into a small, carefully maintained portfolio of homes in two Massachusetts neighborhoods. We're proud to provide high-quality housing and responsive service to our residents.
Where we operate
We currently rent apartments in two neighborhoods:
- Bell Rock — Malden, MA
- the Highlands — Lowell, MA
We've personally lived in most of the units we rent out, at one time or another. We know these buildings and neighborhoods inside and out.
